Quality Assurance Training

This course is designed to get you up and running full-speed ahead! The course is designed to teach students the fundamentals of Quality Assurance beginning with QA Methodologies and moving on to automated software testing tools. The students learn how to define, create and execute automated tests using Mercury Interactive's WinRunner, TestDirector, Load Runner and QuickTest Professional. In addition, the course covers details of CFR Part 11, validation and testing specific to the pharmaceutical industry, White Box Testing, Black Box Testing and Web Application Testing. By the completion of this course, students will be proficient in testing applications using automated testing tools as well as in Manual testing.
